If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, simply send it back for a full refund excluding shipping and handling. You will need an RA # to return your purchase. Email us at customerservice@poshmaternityonline.com with the reason for the return and the item(s) you are returning, along with your invoice number located at the bottom left hand corner of your receipt. We will issue you an RA# for you to write on the outside of the return box.

If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with the actual shipping costs taken out.

All returned merchandise must be unworn and all tags must be attached. All returns must have RA# written on the box. Regular priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and sale merchandise must be returned within 9 days of receipt. Merchandise 50% or more discounted, gift certificates and international orders are all final sale and non-returnable.

Undergarments, hosiery, bella bands, nursing pads, and skin care are non-returnable. Swimwear must have hygienic liner intact and tags attached to return. Please follow the manufacturer's care instructions. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, dry-cleaned, laundered, or tailored.
